About Affiliated Groups

Affiliated groups have the privilege of organizing sessions as part of APA divisional meetings. The APA provides space for such sessions and communicates information about such sessions to meeting attendees through the meeting program and other means as appropriate. Affiliated groups are independent of the APA and are not subject to its governance, except that the APA may impose conditions on groups for affiliation and the use of meeting space. Sessions organized by affiliated groups, including their content, are the responsibility of the group and not of the APA.
